About Our Company

Founded in 2002, Excalibur Services has been providing expert Remote/On-Site Computer services, Web Design, and Web Hosting to companies throughout the Tampa Bay area since its inception.

Our company founder, Jeremy Parker, began as a Systems Administrator for a local company and found that great Information Technology (IT) personnel were incredibly hard to find. Mr. Parker felt that all of his IT personnel should be knowledgeable about their work and should always be diligent to ensure that his goal of 99% uptime was maintained.

Mr. Parker found that even locating a company to assist him with some of the overflow was even harder as many of the outsourcing companies are located overseas. Mr. Parker found that upon deciding on an overseas contractor, he felt that his company was simply not getting the personalized service which he feels is essential to any Information Technology Department’s success.

It was with this situation that Excalibur Services began.

Based on the principal that an outsource company should truly be an extension of your own in house personnel, Excalibur Services strives to provide you with an expedited path to a more stable IT environment.
